Terms of Service

The terms that govern Muveo accounts, AI video generation, credits, subscriptions, and payments.

Last updated: 2026-07-18

1. About Muveo

Muveo is a hosted text-to-video generation service. These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Muveo ("Muveo," "we," "us") when you access the website, create an account, generate content, or purchase credits or a subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use Muveo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify support@muveo.app promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. AI generation and acceptable use

You may submit text prompts and choose generation settings. Every prompt is screened before credits are charged or a generation request is sent to an AI model. Safety filtering cannot be disabled.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, Muveo may not be used for sexual or exploitative content, content involving minors, face swaps or deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, illegal activity, abuse, or infringement of another person's rights.

AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that an output will match a prompt, be unique, be factually accurate, or be suitable for a particular purpose. Review every output before publishing or relying on it.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You keep any rights you already hold in prompts and other content you submit. You grant Muveo and its service providers a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and intended use of outputs do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Rights in AI-generated output can vary by jurisdiction, and similar output may be generated for other users.

5. Credits

Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

  • Free credits refresh monthly and expire at the stated reset time.
  • Subscription credits are granted for each successful billing period and expire at the end of that period.
  • One-time top-up credits do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing.
  • Failed generation tasks automatically restore the credits consumed for that task.
  • Unused purchased credits may be revoked after a refund, payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud finding.

The current credit cost is shown before generation and is calculated from the selected duration and resolution.

6. Payments, taxes, and subscriptions

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Creem acts as our Merchant of Record and handles checkout, tax collection, receipts, and payment processing. Your payment is also subject to Creem's customer terms.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can request cancellation from the billing page or the payment portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and credits for an already-paid period remain subject to the status and end date shown in your account.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

7. Third-party services

Muveo relies on independent infrastructure, payment, moderation, storage, authentication, and AI model providers. Muveo is an independent product and is not sponsored by or affiliated with third-party model or trademark owners. Provider outages or policy changes may affect availability.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, respond to payment risk, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service at any time. Closing an account does not create a right to a refund for already-used service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muveo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be identified by a new date and, where appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@muveo.app.
