Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Creem is Muveo's Merchant of Record. Creem processes payments, taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Refund timing is therefore also subject to the payment method and Creem's processing rules.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel a monthly subscription from the Muveo billing page or Creem customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund an already-paid billing period. Your account shows the effective cancellation date and remaining period.

Requesting a refund

Send a request from your purchase email to support@muveo.app within 14 days of the charge. Include the order or receipt number, purchase date, product, and a short explanation. Never email a full card number or security code.

We review requests for duplicate charges, incorrect products or amounts, a material technical failure that prevented delivery, an automated credit restoration failure, unauthorized payment, and circumstances where applicable law requires a refund.

Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are normally not available for credits already consumed by successful generation, a substantially used billing period, account suspension caused by a policy violation, or dissatisfaction with the creative characteristics of a usable AI output.

Credits after a refund or dispute

When a refund is approved, the corresponding unused credits are removed. A partial refund removes the matching share of unused credits. A full refund or payment dispute may cancel related subscription access. Credits are never reduced below zero.

Processing time and statutory rights

Approved refunds are sent through Creem to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days, or longer in some regions, to display the credit. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply in your country.

Contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
