Acceptable Use Policy

Safety by default

This policy applies to every Muveo user, prompt, generation, upload, and output. Prompts are screened before any credit charge or model request. Both flag and deny moderation decisions are blocked, and safety filtering cannot be disabled.

Prohibited use

Do not use Muveo to create, request, promote, or distribute:

• nudity, pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise harmful content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor;
• face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual identity manipulation, impersonation, or content intended to mislead people about a real person's words or actions;
• instructions or material that facilitates crime, fraud, scams, weapons, terrorism, violent extremism, malware, credential theft, or evasion of law enforcement;
• graphic violence, glorification of abuse, encouragement of self-harm, hateful conduct, targeted harassment, threats, or bullying;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• private personal data, doxxing, biometric identification, or surveillance without a lawful basis and appropriate consent;
• spam, deceptive advertising, fake endorsements, political manipulation, or attempts to misrepresent AI output as verified evidence;
• attempts to bypass moderation, safety filters, rate limits, access controls, payment controls, or technical restrictions.

Your responsibilities

Use only prompts and source material you have the right to use. Review outputs before publishing. Add clear disclosure when an AI-generated video could reasonably be mistaken for a real event or recording. Obtain consent before depicting an identifiable person.

Enforcement

Muveo may block a prompt, restore credits for a task that is not submitted, remove content, limit functionality, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report unlawful activity where appropriate. Payment disputes and serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate suspension.

To report content or appeal a safety decision, contact support@muveo.app with the relevant task ID. Do not send prohibited content as an email attachment.
